I wrote this one as a response to a monthly songwriting challenge on the "Talent is Timeless" platform. I don't know about other writers, but I often find I write best (certainly quickest) when I'm under pressure to work to a deadline. Sometimes in song workshops, you can get a song written in an hour or less.
It's kind of surprising what you can do when your mind is focused.
